• No experience required- we provide paid training to become aRegistered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Center-based - you have the support of and connection with other teammates and supervisory staff onsite.

• No RBT? $16.00 to $17.00
• Sign On Bonus $750.
• Obtained your RBT? Start at $16.00 for RBT 1 with potential to move up to $20.00 with progressions into Advanced ARBT
• Pay based on experience, education, and performance

What We're Looking For:

• 18+ years old required
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong work ethic
• Comfortable playing with children
• Full-time availability (Monday-Friday)
• Occasional Saturday availability for make-up sessions
