Behavior Technician (ABA Therapy) - In-Home Morning Case, Monday through FridayLocation: Gainesville, VA Setting: In-home Schedule: Morning hours, Monday through Friday Compensation: $25 to $30 per hour Job Summary: Flywheel Centers is seeking a Behavior Technician to work with a child in their home during morning hours, Monday through Friday. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about early intervention and making a real difference in the life of a child with autism. You will be supported by an experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and work one-on-one using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to build functional skills and reduce barriers to learning and communication. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the child's home
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA
• Collect data and maintain documentation on session progress
• Support the child in developing skills related to communication, social interaction, and independence
• Maintain professionalism and strong communication with families and supervisors

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum age of 18
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Gainesville, VA
• Prior experience working with children (required)
• ABA experience preferred but not required
• Organized, dependable, and patient demeanor
