Position Summary:
The Behavior Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized behavior support plans for the individuals we serve. This role provides guidance, training, and support to direct care staff to ensure consistent application of behavioral interventions and promotes the overall well-being of residents. The Behavior Specialist works closely with interdisciplinary team members, families, and external providers to assess behavioral needs, analyze data, and implement proactive strategies that enhance quality of life.
