LEARN Behavioral, through BCI, is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. Our clinicians deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment, partnering with parents and caregivers to nurture each child's potential for success in school and life. We offer reasonable billable expectations and flexible part-time and full-time positions.

With over 20 years of experience, BCI provides contemporary ABA therapy to help children and young adults with autism. Our goal is to empower clients to build skills for a fulfilling life. As a Behavior Analyst, you'll have access to experienced clinical leadership and be part of LEARN Behavioral—a group of over 500 BCBAs across 18 states, with an average of 10 years in organization leadership.

Qualifications include a Master's degree or higher, BCBA certification or imminent certification, minimum two years working with children with autism, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include:

  • Supervising teams and clients
  • Mentoring behavior technicians
  • Writing reports and conducting clinical reviews

  • Implementing teaching procedures and program directives
