Join our award-winning community and dive into a world of excitement, growth, and endless possibilities.Were hiring for several roles in our Before and After School Program for the 2025-2026 school year at Gowanda Elementary School in Gowanda, NY.JOB STATUS: Part-time, non-exemptAVAILABLE POSITIONS: Substitutes, Assistants, Group Leaders, Supervisors, DirectorsPAY RANGE: $15.50 $17.00 per hour (depending on role, experience, and qualifications)Our Before and After School team plays a key role in:Leading engaging, hands-on activities based on the Healthy Kids Curriculum including fitness, STEAM, academic enrichment, arts, and other group sessions, plus supporting homework time.Creating a safe, fun, and supportive atmosphere, while modeling positive behavior for the children.Maintaining daily communication with families through the Playground App.Following all state regulations, as well as Healthy Kids and host school policies.(For select roles) Managing attendance records, registrations, and staffing duties.What You Need to Join UsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Youre 18 or older and have a high school diploma or GED.Experience working with kids under 13 is great but not required.
