Healthy Kids is a rapidly growing provider of Early Learning, Before and After School, and Summer Camp Programs with over 100 locations. We are a certified benefit corporation dedicated to accessible and affordable childcare, creating opportunities for our team to thrive.

We are seeking a dynamic Director to lead our Before and After School Program at Madison Elementary School in Madison, NY. As the Director, you will oversee all aspects of the program's operation.

• Status: Part-Time, Non-Exempt
• Schedule: 6:50 - 8:30 am and 2:50 - 6:00 pm
• Pay: $17.00 per hour

• Ensure compliance with OCFS guidelines, Healthy Kids policies, and school rules.
• Lead engaging activities based on the Healthy Kids Curriculum, including fitness, STEAM, arts, academics, and homework help.
• Manage attendance, registration, staffing, and daily operations.
• Communicate with parents and families via the Playground App.
• Collaborate effectively with your supervisor and team to ensure quality care and a positive environment.

Candidates must have:

• Two years of college with 18 credits in Child Development or related fields and experience working with children under 13, including supervisory experience.
• Or a NY State Children's Program Administrator Credential with similar experience.
• Or a School-Age Child Care Credential or equivalent with similar experience.
• An Associate's degree in a related field and two years of relevant experience.

• Medical fitness, including being free of communicable diseases.
• Warm, friendly, professional, reliable, and punctual.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical activities.
