What You'll Do

As an architect at BCG Platinion, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop IT concepts and architectural solutions, applying your technical expertise and business understanding to enable organizational transformation. You will bring expertise in ServiceNow architecture, integration, and data management, supporting complex implementation programs.

Lead IT Architects at BCG Platinion

• Serve as technical experts, driving complex solutions.
• Navigate ambiguity confidently.
• Act as change agents, aligning teams and implementing new processes.
• Advocate for agile methodologies.
• Collaborate across functions and build relationships.
• Apply creative and innovative IT architecture solutions.
• Act as a knowledgeable resource in IT Architecture, both hands-on and as a SME.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, computer science, or related fields; Master's preferred.
• 6+ years of ServiceNow implementation and architectural experience.
• Strong technical knowledge in tooling, databases, cloud architecture, APIs, and data analytics.
• Experience with agile engineering and a proactive, business-benefit-focused mindset.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

• Translate business processes into ServiceNow workflows.
• Design high-level solutions and integrations.
• Implement ServiceNow modules and workflows.
• Support technical analysis, development, and deployment of ServiceNow use cases.
