Join a Compassionate, Growth-Focused ABA Therapy Team A mission-driven pediatric therapy provider is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children with ASD and developmental delays. You'll work both in-home/clinic and remotely, fostering individualized treatment plans within a supportive family-centered culture that partners closely with families to celebrate small daily successes.
Position Overview This full-time role features a hybrid schedule with planned work-from-home days to enhance your work-life balance. You ll lead clinical services, including developing behavior plans, supervising teams, collaborating with families, and engaging in meaningful research and growth initiatives.

Core Responsibilities
Design and implement individualized ABA treatment and behavioral support plans
Monitor and adapt programming based on client progress and treatment outcomes
Collaborate with parents, clinicians, and treatment teams to review case progress and adjust strategies
Provide supervision, mentorship, and training to junior clinicians and therapists
Handle communication with funding sources regarding client authorizations and progress documentation
Maintain caseload of billable hours while managing supervisory duties
Work Schedule
Full-time with a combination of in-person and scheduled remote work-from-home days supporting both client sessions and administrative responsibilities
