Full-time, on-site BCBA opportunity in Mc. Henry, IL. The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) responsibilities include providing clinical behavioral health services to people with intellectual/developmental disabilities. The BCBA will provide direct therapeutic services, collaborate with client and their support teams, complete behavior therapy assessments, create individual behavior support/enrichment plans, ensure effective implementation of the behavioral plans through consultation, supervision and training of direct care staff, implement all relevant policies and procedures, and promote skills for healthy relationships that help people thrive. The BCBA is responsible for adhering to professional and legal requirements and principles as well as demonstrating sound professional judgment at all times.
