BCBA Clinical Supervisor - Easterseals Southern California : Job Details

This role involves providing high-quality clinical supervision and guidance to program managers and interventionists who deliver specialized treatment for children with developmental delays, disabilities, and autism spectrum disorders (ASD). Key Responsibilities. Behavior Program Facilitation: Develop and implement behavior programs based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Behavior Assessments: Conduct behavior assessments and serve as an Assessor when necessary. Parent Education: Educate parents and develop specific intervention activities according to the treatment plan. Monitor children's development in natural settings. Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between the organization, families, community, therapists, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders. Productivity Requirements: Ensure productivity targets set in the annual budget are met. Meetings and Training: Lead and attend meetings, and conduct ongoing staff training sessions.
