A social service agency in West Orange, NJ, is seeking a BCBA Clinical Director to develop and implement comprehensive training programs for behavior analysts, behavior technicians, and support staff. The focus will be on enhancing the skills of our team to support individuals with severe problem behaviors across various settings effectively. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement training programs for behavior analysts, behavior technicians, and support staff. Provide hands-on training and feedback to staff to enhance their skills. Observe BT/ BA interactions with clients in person, virtual or on recorded video and provide specific feedback and training with follow-up to ensure performance improvement as needed. Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent training and implementation standards.
