- Oversee all clinical operations with a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA services.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based evaluations to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide supervision, coaching, and performance evaluations for BCBAs and RBTs to support clinical excellence and professional development.
- Manage client intake, monitor treatment integrity and progress, and oversee discharge planning to ensure effective service delivery.
- Ensure full compliance with ethical standards, state regulations, BACB guidelines, and insurance documentation requirements.
- Lead internal audits and quality assurance initiatives to maintain clinical fidelity and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as HR, billing, and intake to streamline operations and enhance the client experience.
- Design and facilitate staff training, support onboarding processes, and promote ongoing learning through continuing education opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Current and active BCBA certification in good standing
- Demonstrated experience supporting children and adolescents with autism
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
- In-depth knowledge of ABA methodologies, individualized treatment planning, and progress monitoring
