This role involves developing outreach strategies, coordinating recruitment events, advising prospective students, managing social media and application processes, and collaborating with campus partners.Key Responsibilities Develop and implement outreach and recruitment strategies targeting diverse populations.Represent the school at recruitment events locally and nationally.Advise prospective students on program details and application procedures.Manage social media content and email marketing campaigns.Coordinate application processing and admissions decisions.Supervise student employees involved in recruitment activities.Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, or related fields.2-3 years of experience in recruitment, outreach, or student support, including at least one year in higher education.Preferred Qualifications Experience in college admissions, data-driven recruitment, or community engagement.Knowledge of the Washington community college landscape and social services sector.Skills in social media management, graphic design, website editing, and data analysis.Additional Details Work involves travel, evening/weekend hours, and hybrid work arrangements (minimum 3 days in-office).
