Job Purpose: The BAS Graphical User Interface Designer will design and create Building Automation System (BAS) Graphical User Interfaces (GUI) by:

• Using various graphic editing software and BAS system frontend software
• Creating equipment system graphic representations from equipment schematics
• Populating graphical displays in a logical and organized manner from programming points lists
• Creating building and floorplan images from mechanical plans
• Collaborating with the engineering design team

• Associate's degree in Graphic Design, Computer Aided Drafting, or Mechanical Engineering Technology
• Photo editing software experience such as Paintshop Pro or equivalent
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• Positive influence and ability to work in a team setting
• Detail oriented

• Graphic editing software experience such as Adobe Illustrator or equivalent
• Experience interpreting mechanical construction plans/viewing CAD files
• Building automation system software experience such as Tridium, Alerton, Delta, Distech, Siemens, Metasys, Schneider, DGLux, Ignition, etc.
• 3D modeling software experience such as Autodesk 3DS Max, Autodesk Maya, Cinema 4D, Blender or equivalent
