Our SERVERS AND BARTENDERS are responsible for educating our guests on both food and drink menus while offering a fun, fast, and friendly guest experience in a way that is consistent with our mission and values. As a server or bartender, you are expected to be able to bounce around effortlessly from guest interaction, maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant, and helping other team members. • Must be an ambassador of our mission and core values
• Get to know our menu items from the inside out
• Connect with guests at each table and bar and anticipate their needs
• Be well verse in our menu to make suggestions to the customers on food and drinks to help with the guest experience.
• Provide exceptional hospitality
• Comply with health and safety standards for food, cleanliness, and safety of the restaurant
• Perform additional opening/ closing/ mid shift responsibilities, as needed, to keep the restaurant stocked, clean, and looking beautiful.

• 21 years of age or older
• Available to work late nights
• Passion for food and people
• Awesome, energetic attitude and personality
• Be willing to take direction and work both independently and with a team
• Be able to lift at least 20 pounds regularly and reach, squat, and bend
• Able to work in a fast-paced setting for up to 6 hours daily, or as needed
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Able to tolerate potential food allergens
