Primary Responsibilities:

Guest Service & Hospitality

  • Greet all guests with enthusiasm, warmth, and professionalism.
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations and answer questions about food, beverages, and venue facilities.
  • Ensure that guests have a positive and memorable dining experience.
  • Handle guest concerns effectively, escalating to supervisors when necessary.

Food & Beverage Service

  • Accurately take and enter food and drink orders into the system.
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following company recipes and responsible service guidelines.
  • Deliver food and drinks to guests in a timely manner, ensuring order accuracy.
  • Follow all food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols.

Bar & Table Maintenance

  • Set up, clean, and maintain bar and dining areas throughout the shift.
  • Prepare drink garnishes and maintain full bar stock levels.
  • Clear tables and reset them for new guests as needed.
  • Report any equipment issues or maintenance needs to the supervisor.

Cash Handling & Compliance

  • Process payments, including cash and credit card transactions, accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify guest identification for alcohol purchases and follow responsible service guidelines.
  • Follow all company policies, health regulations, and safety procedures.

Teamwork & Communication

  • Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and supervisors.
  • Assist co-workers in completing tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Attend required meetings and complete side work duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol.
  • Previous experience in bartending and/or serving preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Must maintain proper alcohol service certifications.
