As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting the perfect cup and providing personalized experience to our customers. • Responsible for serving all products with friendly, individualized attention towards each customer.
• They are also responsible for educating customers about our premium coffees and products.
• The barista also fulfills any other duties necessary to provide the best customer service possible and represent North Star in a professional manner.

Requirements

• Two years' experience as a barista or similar restaurant/customer service position.
• Supervision experience a plus
