Barista - Union Square Hospitality Group : Job Details

Who you are: Baristas are responsible for the preparation of coffee beverages. The ideal candidate must thrive in a high volume environment, while working closely with their co-workers in a team oriented atmosphere.

What you'll do:

* Possess a passion for coffee and ability to prepare classic espresso beverages (cappuccinos, macchiatos, cortados etc.), as well as a familiarity with current trends in the specialty coffee and tea industry.

* Demonstrate an ability to dial in espresso and pull great shots consistently with the ability to create latte art

* Work with a sense of urgency and attention to detail

* Interact and communicate with all colleagues and guests with genuine hospitality

* Experience working as a barista in a similar environment
