Greet guests, and present them with menus and beverage lists. Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests and employees. Answer questions about menu items and beverages including their ingredients, preparation, accompanying items and make recommendations. Take orders from guests for food and/or beverage items. Prepares and serves hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, espresso, handcrafted cocktails, local beer, wine to guests; correctly customizes orders as requested. Dialing in espresso, latte art, various methods of brewing. Prepares and serves food items such as pastries, and appetizers. Check identification in order to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages. Enter orders and modifications into the POS system quickly, in the proper sequence and use appropriate abbreviations. Observes guests to respond to any additional needs.
