Description The Barista is responsible for providing great customer service by always greeting guest, answering any questions, quickly and efficiently taking orders, accurately ringing up orders, and making drinks to company specification. This position reports to the Coffee Shop Manager. Provides legendary customer service to all customers by being prompt, serving quality products and beverages and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. Position Requirements High School diploma or GED equivalent. Ability to take, prepare and deliver orders quickly with friendly courteous service. Cash handling a must.
