Responsible for the setup, service, maintenance, and breakdown of the Reserve Shop. Prepares and serves well-crafted specialty coffee drinks and other beverages. Maintains organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment. The Reserve Barista represents the brand and the culture of an establishment, providing clients with professional and friendly service. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English, Spanish is a plus One year experience in guest service. Ability to provide legible communication.
