Barista & Caf - THE GREEN THUMBERS : Job Details

Aroma Coffee is looking for experienced, friendly, ambitious individuals with great people skills to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers, answering questions, entering orders
• Prepare drinks (grinding beans, brewing coffee/tea)
• Prepare food (sandwiches, soups, salads, baked goods)
• Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas
• Washing dishes and equipment
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and quality control

• Barista experience
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Regularly required to stand and walk.
• Regularly required to lift and/or move items up to 30 pounds.
• Regularly required to handle food and hot beverages.
• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Flexible schedule

• Evening shift
• Weekend shift
• Hours M-F 7am-7pm Saturday 7am-5pm Sunday 9am-5pm
