Description Hawksmoor is opening in an incredible restaurant space in New York: a beautiful National Historic Landmark built as The United Charities Building in 1893 with an incredible 30-foot ceilinged assembly hall that will form the main room of the restaurant. The location is just off Park Avenue South and north of the prestigious Gramercy Park and Union Square. The restaurant will be 170 seats with a 50-cover bar and will be opening in the Summer of 2021.

Reporting to the Bar Manager, were looking for a brand-new Bar Server to join our team and open our first international restaurant in New York.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

Serving and looking after our guests in the restaurant and bar.

Offering precise service and genuine hospitality to our guests.

Ability to run your own section and deal with busy services.

An excellent understanding of Hawksmoor products especially food and beverage

To be considered for the role you will have:

Experience working in some of the best restaurants in New York.

Comfortable and experienced with high volume businesses in terms of both covers and revenue.

Excellent waitering skills.

Exemplary product knowledge of food and beverage.
