Banquet Servers - Pack's Tavern : Job Details

Pack's Tavern and our event venue, The Century Room, are family-owned and operated in downtown Asheville. We're looking for part-time Banquet Servers to join our team and help us deliver excellent food, drink, and service for weddings, parties, and private events.

Pay & Schedule

• $27/hour + tips

• Part-time, mostly evenings and weekends

• Shifts may run between 11 AM – 12 AM

What you'll do:

• Set up banquet rooms, tables, and bars before events

• Serve food and beverages to guests (buffet and table service)

• Provide friendly, professional service throughout each event

• Assist with event clean-up and breakdown after service

• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth, seamless events

What we're looking for:

• Previous banquet or restaurant serving experience (required)

• Bartending experience is a plus

• Strong communication and attention to detail

• Able to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible availability, especially evenings and weekends

• Team player with a positive attitude
