Banquet Manager - Black Oak Casino Resort : Job Details

Responsible for managing and coordinating all functions within Black Oak Casino Resort property. Responsible for production of each event scheduled on the Black Oak Casino Resort property. Essential Responsibilities and Duties: (Specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to) Oversees the day-to-day operations of Black Oak Casino Resort banquet staff. Ensures customer service standards are attained. Coordinates banquet functions with kitchen, sales and clients. Conducts performance conversations and counsels employees on performance problems. Supervises and trains banquet staff. Interviews and hires banquet staff. Attends weekly Banquet Event Order (BEO) meetings. Works with clients to ensure functions have everything provided for function to run smoothly. Maintains accurate and detailed banquet event orders for all departments.
