BANQUET MANAGER - Resorts Casino Hotel : Job Details

Responsible for overall supervision of banquet operations. Responsible for selection, training and activity of banquet staff.. Meets banquet planners to develop specifications for each event. Ensures that scheduled events are successfully administered. Maintains par stock inventory of banquet equipment. Prepares periodic revenue forecasts and budgets. Promotes positive public relations. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of four (4) years of appropriate experience. College degree, may substitute additional experience in lieu of degree.
