Banquet Captain - Pyramid Global Hospitality : Job Details

Responsible for providing consistent quality service through professional food and beverage service in the Banquet department. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION Carry out policies and procedures of Stonewall Resort and Benchmark Management Company. Ensure that liquor laws and liquor rules of the State of West Virginia are strictly adhered to. Ensure the beverage service policies of Stonewall Resort are strictly adhered to. Maintain the highest degree of professionalism. Ensure effective solution-oriented communication within the department and with other operating departments. Implement and execute all banquet operational and administrative systems for both food and beverage. Attain budgeted goals in areas of labor cost, expense, food and beverage costs. Have thorough knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and standards. Complete and distribute monthly forecasting, and yearly budgets for the department.
