Banker - Citi : Job Details

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. seeks a Banker for its New York, New York location. Duties: Provide strategic advisory services for mergers, acquisitions and other types of financial transactions. Assume the lead responsibility for the execution of various phases of a Merger and Acquisition ( M&A ) transaction. Drive new business development with existing and prospective clients. Advise clients, senior-level team members and outside professional advisors on M&A transactions. Lead the drafting of situation analyses, pitch materials, information memoranda, investor and management presentations. Advise on legal documentation as it relates to M&A situations. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
