Description Ballot Box Monitor | Various Locations in Chester County, PA | Temp FT/PT or On Call | $17.50/hr Join Monarch Staffing in helping the County of Chester with the Primary elections. We are looking for ballot box monitors to be stationed in front of 11 local Chester County libraries. This is a two week special project starting Tuesday, October 21st through Tuesday, November 4th. Hourly rate is $17.50 per hour - day, night and weekend shifts available. A day in the life of a Ballot Box Monitor:

• Greeting and thanking voters and providing excellent customer service
• Checking ballot envelopes for voter's signature and date
• Ensuring envelope is filled out correctly and completely
• Answering voter questions and directing voters to the proper channel for answers

Requirements of a Ballot Box Monitor:

• Positive attitude and dependability to show up on time for assigned shifts
• Teamwork skills and capability to work with little or no supervision
• Smartphone app familiarity and basic computer skills
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
