Bale Room Operator - Evening Shift

Job Summary:
The Bale Room Operator will take charge of bale room duties, ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of bale room equipment, and managing all waste handling responsibilities in the bale room.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED/HiSET required.
- Willingness to obtain and maintain a forklift license.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills essential.
- Detail-oriented with ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Capacity to learn quickly and perform jobs productively and safely.
- Reliable attendance and a strong sense of teamwork required.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Required to stand continuously, with frequent walking and stooping.
- Occasional tasks may include sitting, crouching, and reaching overhead.
- Strong visual acuity and manual dexterity required.
- Must wear hearing protection and safety shoes.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM - 40 hours/week
- Overtime is compensated at time and a half after 40 hours.
