The Bakery Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of a bakery, ensuring operational excellence, consistent brand standards, and exceptional guest service. This role involves supervising and developing team members, managing daily operations, controlling costs, and driving sales growth while upholding food safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Operations & Guest Service • Oversee daily bakery operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. • Maintain Cinnabon standards for product quality, cleanliness, speed of service, and customer satisfaction. • Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Team Leadership & Development • Recruit, hire, train, and develop bakery team members, shift leaders, and assistant managers. • Schedule staff effectively to meet labor targets while supporting business needs. • Coach and motivate employees to achieve performance goals. • Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment. Sales & Financial Performance • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals. • Control food, labor, and operating costs to maximize profitability. • Accurately complete inventory counts, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships. • Maintain accurate records of cash handling and banking procedures. Administrative Duties • Prepare and submit reports as required by corporate/franchise leadership. • Ensure compliance with company policies, franchise agreements, and brand standards. •
