Located on the Columbia Street Waterfront in Brooklyn, we specialize in viennoiserie, artisanal breads, and exceptional coffee, all served from a warm, design-forward retail space attached to our production kitchen. As we expand into café service and wholesale, we're building a team rooted in skill, collaboration, and care.
About the RoleWe're looking for a passionate Baker to focus on laminated doughs and viennoiserie shaping, with additional support across our bread program. This is a production role where attention to detail, consistency, and a love of learning are key.
