Bagger Operator - 1st shift - Site Staffing : Job Details

Bagger Operator Shift: 1st, (5:45am-2:15am) Pay: $17/hr. We're seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Bagger Operator to join our food production team on 1st shift. This is a hands-on role that involves setting up and operating bagging machines, inspecting packaging, and ensuring products meet strict quality standards. Job Responsibilities:

• Machine Setup & Operation: Start, operate, and troubleshoot bagging equipment to ensure smooth production
• Product Inspection: Check bag weights, verify correct labels, and ensure proper seal and appearance
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards by identifying and reporting product or packaging defects
• Inventory Support: Label and organize packaged goods to assist with inventory tracking and storage
• Housekeeping: Keep work areas clean and follow sanitation procedures as needed
• Safety & Teamwork: Follow safety protocols and collaborate with team members to meet daily goals
