We are actively seeking talented professionals for an upcoming project with the Department of Defense (DoD). This role, known as the Background Clearance Process Improvement Specialist, offers you the chance to make a significant impact by driving process improvement initiatives within our operations.

This position is full-time and will be located onsite in Boyers, PA. An Active Top Secret clearance is strongly preferred; candidates must be eligible and willing to undergo the clearance process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize strong analytical skills to assess end-user requirements and translate them into operational solutions.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of existing systems and implement improvements for enhanced program performance.
  • Extract and analyze data to support decision-making processes.
  • Conduct audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with service-level agreements and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to define requirements and testing criteria.

Specific Duties:

  • Support initiatives aimed at process improvement.
  • Analyze current processes to evaluate their effectiveness and propose enhancements.
  • Perform root cause analysis on identified issues and develop actionable solutions.
  • Report directly to the Department head or Process Improvement Lead.
  • Oversee the evaluation and execution of business process improvements.
  • Implement process changes and ensure they lead to measurable improvements.
  • Assist in training development and communicate process revisions effectively across the organization.
  • Independently handle complex problems and issues.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Active Top Secret clearance is preferred; candidates must be willing to pursue clearance if not currently held.
  • Bachelor's degree complemented by 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical and technical expertise.
  • Proven planning and organizational skills.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $72,500.00 - $79,900.00, with the potential for additional incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.
