Role Overview: The Program Director works in the Central Office Background Check Unit (COBCU). You will supervise Program Coordinators who ensure child safety by completing statutorily-required criminal history background checks, Child Protection Index (CPI) indicators, and Child Protective Services (CPS) history checks.
This role is located in the central DCS offices in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Salary: The salary for this position traditionally starts at $53,222.00, but may be commensurate with education or work experience. Use our Compensation Calculator to view the total compensation package.
