With a human-sounding voice, our AI agent tactically completes calls as an employee would, all without someone having to sit on the phone. Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end improvements to backend logic, APIs, and workflows
• Proactively identify issues via telemetry and fix them with automation
• Reduce the need for reactive support
• Triage, solve, and deploy bug fixes

Requirements

• Background in CS, Engineering, or other technical field
• 0-2 years of professional software engineering experience
• Skilled in Python and related frameworks (Django, FastAPI, etc.)
• Experience working with relational databases (Postgres, etc.)
• Lives in or willing to move to NYC
