$140,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr

• Design and implement a private, permissioned distributed ledger using DAML, Canton, and other open-source blockchain frameworks.
• Build and maintain a RESTful API utilizing Python and FastAPI.
• Provide technical leadership to inspire and guide team members, while mentoring junior engineers.
• Actively engage in daily stand-up meetings.
• Participate in peer code reviews as part of the standard software development lifecycle (SDLC) and change management.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in blockchain technology and integrate them into the existing ecosystem.

• 4+ years of software engineering experience in building enterprise SaaS cloud-based solutions.
• 2+ years of technical leadership and management experience.
• Proficient in DAML, Solidity, or other blockchain programming languages.
• Experience with Python and FastAPI.
• Strong understanding of relational database concepts and modeling practices.
• Proven experience in building APIs for large-scale applications using AWS.
• Knowledge of tokenization and blockchain-based investments.
• Familiarity with security best practices and encryption techniques.
• Basic understanding of finance and business concepts, such as capital markets and alternative investments.
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Exceptional ability to understand client needs, scope projects, develop detailed execution plans, and communicate results effectively.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to take ownership of problems from start to finish, manage projects, overcome operational challenges, and execute effectively.
