Babysitter - Care.com : Job Details

I recently gave birth to my first child and will be going back to work at the end of October. My daughter will be about 3 months old by this time. I have a flexible job that allows me to work from home most days, but will need a nanny during days I am working onsite or for when I have important meetings I need to be fully focused in.
