Babysitter - Care.com : Job Details

We have 3 children but 2 are school age so 90% of the time it would just be our 20-month-old daughter. She loves going to the playground, jumping on the trampoline, playing on her water table, etc. She loves being outside! She usually takes a nap from 1-3 or 4. During nap time you would be doing the kids laundry, folding it, pickup up toys, etc. when she's awake we would want 100% focus on her and being interactive with her. She is still in diapers. Our 3rd and 4th graders get home from the bus at 4:15, so the last 45 minutes of the day would be getting them a snack and helping with homework. We both work from home so the hours are somewhat flexible.
