Babysitter - Care.com : Job Details

Hi I am looking for someone on a very part time schedule to care for my son on an every other Friday schedule during the school year (September-June off summers). I work part time at a school and have family watching my son on most days. However the work from home demand has been hard for one of our family members who are watching him. She was helping every other Friday and filling in when our Aunt would get sick and couldn't watch our son. This person must be extremely loving. I would prefer a mom that understands Velcro babies or needy babies. CPR is a must. (must be comfortable with cameras or god mother being there while working from home to help out).
