Seeking a kind, reliable House Manager/Nanny for 3 kids (6, 4. 5, 2) in downtown Colorado Springs. Our kids are lively, tender, and hilarious-often cracking themselves up with silly jokes. We value outdoor play, minimal screens, and gentle, conscious parenting: no time-outs, spanking, or fear-based tactics. We hold firm, loving boundaries and guide our kids through big feelings with empathy. Must be a self-starter who can manage housework and childcare. Tasks: tidying main floor/kitchen, dishes, laundry, kids meals, pickups/drop-offs, organizing. Kids love reading, crafts, make-believe, and helping with chores. Im often home, working as a teammate.
