Babysitter - Care.com : Job Details

I'm looking for a great babysitter for 1 child. Animal lovers please apply - we have 2 frenchies. Need help with after school pick up/care. Occasional mom night out, etc This will be mostly afternoons and evenings, sometimes late night but not often. May need to be readily available. I am looking for somebody to truly foster a relationship with not only my child, but myself as well. An ideal person would like a more long term role with us as I do not like switching care takers. I would like to be able to trust this individual to take my girl out to do fun activities or indoor playgrounds etc.
