Babysitter - Care.com : Job Details

I'm looking for a reliable, trustworthy person to be at my home Monday through Friday in a flexible, on-demand capacity. Most of the role will involve being available for childcare when needed, but during downtime (when not actively with the children) you will help with general household tasks such as cleaning, organizing, tidying, and keeping the home running smoothly. This is essentially a combination of babysitting and light housekeeping/home management, so I'm looking for someone proactive, adaptable, and comfortable wearing both hats.
