My grandson has level 3 autism. He is self entertaining. In morning he will let you know what he wants if anything. You will need to change diapers, get him dressed, give him his medicine, and wait on the ABA bus. I also need you to come back in the evenings to tale him off the bus around 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. when my husband will pick him up the afternoons require for you to give him his pedisure, gatorade, and crackers.
