Babysitter - Care.com : Job Details

I'm looking for someone to be a nanny for our 2 young children. Whether that be a nanny share, an at home day care or someone who comes to my home. I have a 14-month-old and a 5-month-old, so need someone who is super comfortable managing young babies and all the chaos that comes with it :)
