Babysitter - Care.com : Job Details

My wife is an ultrasound tech for Saint Elizabeth hospital in Beaumont, as of now she is working five eight hour days. I am a heavy equipment operator for Kinder Morgan and I work shift work (DuPont schedule). Both of our schedules are very challenging at times, especially mine being a work shift work. Hers can vary at times to where she may have to work weekends or on-call but most of the time she is working days throughout the week and off on the weekends. Looking for a strong candidate that would be able to handle three children. Our oldest is in first grade and is starting school soon.
