Babysitter - Care.com : Job Details

Really looking for a caregiver of newborn twins, not my current child.The person would need to be experienced with twins and be able to assist me in daily mothering tasks as I continue to work ftom home.This would include feeding, diapering, bathing, soothing and some very light house work such as bottle washing, maybe vacuuming or folding laundry. I would like someone who could grow with our family and potentially stay our care giver until the newborns become school age. I could start out a few days a week and gradually increase.. or opposite, start out 5 days a week and gradually decrease as the babies age. I may need a weekend or two here or there as well.
