Babysitter - Care.com : Job Details

Our children do not need any specific care, but we do engage with gentle parenting and expect our caregiver to do the same. Our caregiver will need to do a bedtime routine if watching our children between 4-7 p.m. If the starting time is past 7 pm, no bedtime routine will be necessary and the provider will only need to monitor our children on a camera. They love drawing, playing outside, neighborhood walks, book readings, and watching the occasional TV.
