Babysitter - Care.com : Job Details

I work 8-5 in Eugene OR. I am looking for someone to watch my youngest boy (3) all day. I would like for my older two kids to be picked up from school in the afternoon and brough home. We have 2 dogs and live out on a dirt road. Im looking for someone who is hands on, attentive and kind. We have really well behaved kids and we just want them to have someone nurturing to look after them while we work. I am hoping we would be able to do a monthly sum as I am not sure what my husbands hours will be yet as we have JUST relocated and he's still currently looking for work. I would be comfortable at about a $1, 200 which I know is on the lower end likely.
