Babysitter - Care.com : Job Details

I'm looking to hire a babysitter so I can pick up more hours at work and be involved in community events. I have two children, ages 5 and 4. I'm looking for someone who can actively engage them with fun, creative activities that limit screen time, encourage outdoor play, and support basic routines like meal prep. Occasional overnight care may be needed, in which case assistance with bedtime routines and bathing would be appreciated. If the sitter speaks an additional language, that would be a great bonuswed love for the kids to be introduced to another language in a fun and natural way. Reliability, patience, and a love for working with young children are essential.
